At Amalgam The Label, each abaya is made with great care and attention to detail. Because of this, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns once an order has been placed.
The only exception is if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage. In that case, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at hello@amalgamthelabel.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you and arrange a replacement or store credit if your claim is approved.
